Modeling School?
Ahh yes... the modeling school. It's like a day camp where you meet new people, do activities and they say nice stuff to make you feel warm and cozy all over. It's easier than really trying to model and just maybe they will help you get work!
Oooops... I forgot to mention they usually cost more than you will pay to try and start your modeling career and it does not impress anyone in the business. It is like dangling bait in front of scammers to tell them you paid big money to "learn to model"... after all if you are 5'2" and spent a thousand bucks on runway lessons you will never use, then you will be an easy mark for a scammer.
You do not need to go to modeling school to become a model.
Nobody cares if it is on your resume except that they know they have to retrain you.
Your agent would laugh if you asked him how many models agencies pay to go to "school".
However, if you want to feel warm and fuzzy and be told how to do things that you will most likely never use, go for it. |
